Who we are

At salviaonline , we are 100% committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of the visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that salviaonline is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. In this Privacy Policy, we provide lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information and how we use it.

Ordering and Access

When you visit our website you are able to browse without any data being collected from you, however to make your shopping experience easier we give you the opportunity to register your details with us.  As part of this registration process, we collect personal information. We will ask for a valid E-mail address which will be used to verify your registration and enable you to set up a password protected member account.  Personal data required to make orders with salviaonline  is tied to your member account.

We use personal  information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to contact you to confirm an order.  You do not have to have an account with us to make a purchase. We never share any of this information with third parties except for the purpose of processing and shipping your order or if we are required to do so by law.

Types of data we collect

When you check-out and have completed your order we will ask for personal information about you.  This includes your full name, address, e-mail address, phone number and credit card details. This personal data will only be shared with our payment service provider and couriers, and only for the purposes of processing and shipping your order. We do not store your credit card details/payment details.

salviaonline  uses an online analytics service which is provided by Google, Inc (“Google”); this service, known as: “Google Analytics” uses ‘cookies’ (text files) in order to allow analysis to be carried out concerning how visitors use salviaonline .

Information which has been generated by the cookies used by Google Analytics, including details of your IP address, will be sent to and stored by Google, on its USA-based servers;

We do not have a mailing list and we do not contact you with promotional offers or anything else – the only thing we will contact you about is your order and how it is progressing

Temporary problems with online card payments

Credit and debit card payment problems through the website temporarily unavailable

Unfortunately due to problems beyond our control we are currently unable to take credit or debit card payments through the website.

We hope to be able to take card payments again as soon as possible but in the meantime we do offer alternative payment options with come with a 10% discount and these include:

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash, check or postal order in the mail
  • Money order / Money transfer
  • Bitcoin

To use one of these payment options just select ‘Direct Payment’ at checkout and you will be given a discounted price, an order number and instructions on how to make a payment.

We find the easiest method to be ‘Bank transfer’ which can be done through your Online Banking facility or your smartphone banking app and is almost as quick as paying by card.

Ban of all legal and herbal highs in the UK

As of 26th May 2016 the New Psychoactive Substances Bill comes into place in the UK which bans the sale of any product with a psychoactive effect.

This means we are no longer able to sell Salvia divinorum, herbal incense, Entheogens, Fly Agaric mushrooms or various other products.
